So far this summer, we have gone to 3 different zoos. I love living vicariously through my son. Yesterday, we went to the Binder Park Zoo in Battle Creek. This was the best one so far. You walk on boardwalks through the “jungle.” The African Safari was awesome. The best was watching John-John feed the giraffes. I did not know they had tongues that long. We were lucky to beat the storms home. Even though we came home to no power, it did not diminish the fantastic day we had. We will be going back.

I don't remember giving you the OK to post that last picture :) It was a really fun day and I can't wait to go back. It was worth the vacation day from work.
