Hmmmm...not the bathtub but still fun.

Yep...that's right. James is closer to a 1 year old than a newborn:( I can't believe how fast he is growing and changing. Being that he is my last, I was hoping that time would move a little slower. Not so much. So what is James up to these days? Well..

1. He is rolling all over the place. It is always a guessing game where he will be when we check on him in the morning or after a nap.

2. He is sitting up for extended periods of time. He is getting better about correcting himself when he gets unsteady. However, he tipped over the other day and hit is nose. Not a pleasant moment :(

3. He has figured out how to turn on his mobile. This entertains him and provides mommy with a few more minutes of sleep. Ah!

4. He is eating more and more and now weighs 15 lbs, 14 oz. Carrots, squash, and applesauce are his favorites. Working on avacados.

5. LOVES the water. He will be starting swim lessons tomorrow.

6. Has figured out how to get up on his hands and knees. Could crawling be just around the corner?

7. Thinks his big brother is the funniest person around. No matter what James is doing if JJ walks in the room, James' eyes are on him. Very frustrating during feeding time. Definite hero worship.

8. Can hold his own bottle, but would much rather get it straight from mom. Mom doesn't mind.

9. Participated in his first Ionia Free Fair Parade. One of the benefits of having a dad on city counsel.

10. Is loved and adorded by his mom, dad, brother, grandparents, aunts, and uncles.
